Paint Selector Not Allowing Selection

Was having issues with paint selector, looks like old shortcuts no longer working and have to use okay button for colours to stay.
Used to be able to hit enter or Exit and chosen colour would stay selected (may have been modded functionality no longer working)
(originally thought paint selector wasn't working but it is)
