Other Players Cannot Connect to Specific World

So a friend and I encountered a bug with one specific world, uploaded here to the steam workshop.

Description:

-World can be hosted by myself or another player.

-World operates normally and without issue for host.

-Other players cannot connect to world properly. Game will connect, complete loading screen, and then resolve to the respawn screen. However from there the player is unable to respawn or interact with the game in any meaningful way.

-Connection issues appear when either player is hosting(he cant connect when i host, i cant connect when he hosts.)

Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

-different hosts

-With or without VPN

-Deleting characters with SE Toolbox & reloading

-Deleting Planet & Asteroid connected stations

-Players can connect with no problems to a 'Lone Survivor' save game running an identical mod list.

Let me know if there's any more info i can provide. At no point did the game throw errors and the event viewer does not show any logs for spaceengineers.exe.
