Ore Disappearing?

for some reason, my tunnel boring machine is losing its contents over time and I'm not sure why, there's nothing set to drop things into the world or anything but it just slowly loses it's load. Verified my game but it's still happening. I'm running modless. https://youtu.be/xcoRzj_2Dm8

OKay I think I found the cause, the conveyer sorter at the back being set to "Drain All" pulls into the back pipe that just leads to an unattached rotor and the contents just delete themselves, which isn't optimal but at least it's unavoidable
