Ore Detector Glitch Ore's Showing Wrong

I don't know if it could be a mod on the server but in my game I will see and detect ores that don't exist and other ores will be there that others can see and mine but they don't show up on mine. I will try to attach a picture where I visibly see ice but when mined it is silicon. The other file, I see Magnesium but it is stone.

I have been trying to mine cobalt for a week lol
ore positions have disappeared and ore picked up by the ore detector ends up being stone
