Option to disable suit respawn not working

I am a server admin and use the "Enable respawn ships" option to remove Space Suit from the respawn screen dialogue to control where on my server new players spawn.
As shown in the screenshot, you can see that the localization text still exists that this option removes Space Suits however, it no longer functions in this manner.
I am requesting for a new option to be added to enable/disable Space Suit respawn OR to re-add the functionality within the "Enable respawn ships" option to disable Space Suit respawns.

I have to say as a DS admin that customizes universes and respawn pods, this can be really frustrating to have the space suit with no way to actually disable it.
