Online broken save, lost 5-8 hour of gameplay

If i dont thick the autosave and play 5+ hours in game online. I get crashed and lose all the save. I think because my ram got full or something like that... im really sad now. I think this bug need to be fixed or force SAVE hourly or IN GAME daily. :( no way i can restore that save? some caches in system? i was crashed like black screen and 0 reaction from the PC. maybe my video card stored some files for the save file? weird.

64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics
on server CA #1 and CA #2 every 30 - 40 mins the server Rollz back and everything you did Gone!
