One of the latest updates to dedicated server causes server to not respond (post 1.190.207)

I can't say for sure which update was the one, but after 1.190.207 my server will not show up on any server list, steam or in-game, except for LAN servers of course. This isn't an issue with my firewall or port forwarding because if I use an older version of the server it works fine.
