Official Server Player Bounty Contracts Broken

This has probably been reported many times, but its been way too long for such a simple and pvp-breaking bug to still be around, fam.


Please for the love of clang put some effort into making this feature work as intended. If it worked correctly, we would have dynamic and engaging pvp experiences on official servers... but instead? Dry, desolate, wasteland of potential.


Do I have to describe the potential? Factions could get bounties for attacking each other, and creating cycles of endless war where they always have each others locations while they are online.


Pirates who frequently do shitty things like circle Luna endlessly looking for solar panels to blow up would actually have to think twice about exposing their own location for some petty griefing.


Raiders who want to be untouchable in deep space would have no where to hide.


The game would instantly be better if these contracts were fixed. Plz Keen. This game has so much pvp potential right now and the servers are running buttery smooth at 1.0sim. You would attract so many people to the game and keep them here if you could enable these kinds of pvp experiences consistently.
