Odd server/client Ore desync
Won't Fix
We have had it a few times in the last few days on Mars, where you go to an above ground ore node and cant mine it. Then if you push into it, you stop like you should but then half a second later you break through and walk around inside of it.
Hello!
Thank you for your report. Could you please reproduce this issue? Do you use any mods on your server? Any additional information will be greatly appreciated!
Kind Regards

Im sorry, i should of given more information. I cant "reproduce" it as in make it happen to any node in some way but it persisted through restarts of the server over the course of a few days. I havent been back to that area since and didnt mark which node it was to check if its still doing it now. At the time there were no mods and experimental was not activated. Its a dedicated server and the issue wasnt just on my client, my friend had the issue with the exact same nodes i did. At the same time we would have problems around the area even mining the ground where both ship mounted and by hand it would not dig. After 10-60 seconds and moving the ship around it would finally start to dig. It seemed like the node data was loaded on the client seperately from the server, almost like clients have their own world states saved and the client states didnt mesh up perfectly with the server world state. I dont know if this is how the game works or not but its just how it felt the bug could be happening.
I get the same kind issue in my own game development in UE4 (i know this game isnt ue4 just using it as an example i have had with network client server issues), when something isnt replicated properly, like the destruction of an object happening on the client but not the server and it causing "rubber band" type effects as the client says "you can go" and the server says "no you cant".

Hello, Jesse!
I appreciate this thread is quite old. Is this still an issue, could you please supply a mod-free save file? If this is no longer an issue, I will close this for you :)
Kind Regards
