Sorry to hear you have received this crash. When this happens, it should still bring up the Space Engineers crash splash screen. There will be a log which we can then look into further to see if there is an obvious answer as to what actually caused the issue. Could you please attach this? Is this happening every time you play? Is this happening when you're playing a specific mode? Any extra details would be a great help.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
