npc store not supplying zone chips

since update, finding zone chips is getting increasingly hard, store next to me has not had any for 2 days now. and i was the only player on this morning buying them and out of 10 stations only 1 had zone chips.
I have the same bug
it seems to be that stripping the contracts in the contract side of the station say acquisitions restarts the process
