NPC station lights can be changed without permission to cause seizures [1.197]
Hi Keen,
Had reports of players changing light settings for NPC stations on PC Keen Official servers to make it strobe to users visiting said stations, possibly risking people to having seizures.
There is a simple flaw with its system in which players can Ctrl+Shift+LMB to change the values apart from the colour while seated in a chair or alternative. While this would normally be impossible to drag the sliders. This was probably the case due to it still giving perms to allow timer blocks or button panels to still interact with their properties while locking the sliders to prevent player input.
This is incredibly annoying to revert back to its previous values. Please fix ASAP to avoid this becoming even more of an issue.
Thanks for your time.
Note: This can break other things with the stations too. It's shouldn't be piled until a later date.

Seems this problem got worse. Now it is pretty obvious that you have access and can just move any sliders, no CTRL-click needed.
