Not being able to create or upload blueprints with the settings on

I have been playing Space Engineers since its Graphics update when it was in Beta and had known about the bug for a while. The bug dose not allow me to create a new blueprint or publish them if it was created after the 1.188 Airtightness update which overhauled the Blueprint UI which is easier to use than the old one however some of my friends that purchased it after the game was released don’t have the issue at all and it works fine for them. It also tells me to turn on a setting but when I check it is already turned on I have even tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it but that doesn't work. It also doesn't let me change the blueprint of prexisting blueprints that were created before the 1.188 update. It is a really annoying bug that I would love to see fixed as it would mean that I would be able to share my creations without uploading the entire would.

This also happens with posting worlds to the steam workshop however I am now able to add blueprints to my blueprints list now by disabling the steam cloud option.
