No Warhead Detonation Force

I had a creation which relied on this feature I planned on posting to the workshop soon, so I noticed after the most recent update when it stopped working. I saw nothing regarding warhead impulse force in any of the patch notes, so I'm assuming its a bug rather than an intentional change.
