No fuel after loading from save

I’m playing Learning to Survive. I have solar and pretty well charged batteries. I’m flying around nice, and spike to about 40% usage of energy. Full thrust I’ll get the timer saying 25 mins or so...not to worry, I cost for a bit with dampers off, jumps up to 3 hours yay...
Well If I save the game and return to menu or even exit SE all together and then log back into the same game..when ever I take my finger if the throttle(dampers off or on)..I get a no fuel warning...
I don’t get the warning while I’m accelerating..I still have the same(roughly) 25 mins of fuel while going on the throttle..
It’s when I let go(again, with and without dampers) I’m told I have no fuel...
I have the same bug

only started happening for me once i installed a small reactor as a backup power source. with it turned on, (with fuel) or off (with fuel) the second i cease thrusting to drift (or with dampers on - to come to a stop), i get a 'no fuel' Audio.
save attached - should get the audio after thrusting for a second or 2
