No control of the ship (Ship still flyable through terminal)
On a server i administrate I've ran into 2 instances of this issue. First time it was someone converting a station into a ship, but for some reason the control seat would not use the thrusters or gyroscopes. It had the options ticked and i was able to make it move using the control panel. I tried turning it off, re-placing the seat. The only way I was able to fix it was to restart the server, re-paste the ship and then restart it again to re-enable our PCU and Block limits. The second instance someone was about to use the ship and had the same issue, I tried everything and yet again only the restart and re-paste option worked. I have no idea what causes this, I do recommend adding a option that gives admins the ability to bypass the PCU and Block limits.
