Solved

Hi after new update in my game all work so far good,but is 1 problem i cant see my charakter in 3-rd person.when i fly a ship i se it but no charakter in seat.Thanks for great game fix it plz

gladly but i dont know where to serch for it

my but acts so no players me or wolf will apear i check it few moments ago and even i menu to change suit preferences its nothing i have this bug since last updete,any sugestions ??

oh and i try pure vanila new game so its not problem with mods

ok thanks for tip ok here it is a log and few screnshot what i just did on new start,pure vanila and no changes to scenario

Hello, thanks for your report.


Unfortunatelly we need more information to reproduce this.


In the meantime, have you tried deleting your shadercache folder and or mipmapcache files from SpaceEngineers Appdata folder?


The steps are:

  1. Use shortcut Windows+R and type %appdata%
  2. Confirm
  3. It should take you directly to Appdata/Roaming folder
  4. In there search for SpaceEngineers folder and open it
  5. Select the ShaderCache2 folder and any mipMapTextureCache* files
  6. Delete them and start the game
    If that helped, then please let us know, if it did not, then please send us your dxdiag and the spaceengineers log and config file.
    Both log and config file can be found in the same appdata folder.

That don't help still have same bug so it can be se on screenshot what next i don't know where to find a dxdiag file

Thank you for your cooperation, from your log it seems like you have a bit older graphics card with older drivers.

Can you please update to the latests drivers for your graphics card?


And you can get dxdiag by windows+r type dxdiag and confirm. A utility is going to be launched which gathers data from your computer about the drivers and various other things. You can then click on the button Save all information and save it as a text file. You can then upload the text file here. But please do so only after updating the drivers.

yes my gpu is older but before update it work great now all is good without my character and all npc charakter like wolfs can't be seen, and this is a dxdiag after update

Thanks for fix it works great and i'm very happy with it it fix all my problem with this bug already playing it and it's great thaks a lot for help.
