New panel blocks hitboxes

Hello,
The new panel blocks suffer from the same problems that most blocks used to : their hitboxes seems to be slightly larger than the block itself. While impossible to notice on a single entity, it becomes a problem with hinges/pistons/rotors mechanisms, the blocks refusing to fit in an area in which they should, and causing some absurd uncontrollable behaviour in the physics engine.
An illustration is attached. This mechanism would perfectly fit and reliably work if built on regular armour blocks, but does not when using the new panels.
Please fix this bug that ruins the very purpose of these new blocks. It may simply be a rounding error on the size of the hitboxes, this bug has already been fixed for other blocks.
