New Block Collision Elevators 1x1+ Problems

So the new collisionboxes of blocks are so far amazing, when it comes to 1x1 block elevators that is.

I just tried making a 3x3 elevator, and more(diagonal edges, bigger elevators etc.), and I found a problem with anything bigger than 1x1.

It seems like the grid on the piston going through a shape that is now able to be used in an elevator shaft for example, doesn't "fit" through the opening. Now I tested this a bit more, and it seems like it doesn't update properly. How do I know? The grid actually DOES fit through every shape I tried.

The only thing I had to do to make it work (tested in creative) was place down a block and the grid updates and moves a little bit further through the shape. Removing that block, and placing a new one, continueing this a couple times, makes the grid on the piston go through the shape.

I also messed with inertia on the piston, but since it's only a singular piston that should not matter, and it did not in fact. The problem persisted throughout the entire testing.

Now I do not know if this is already reported, as I could not find a topic about it, from there that I now make this one.
