New Basic Assembler Power Usage

might be a bug/mistake, might be just a feedback suggestion, your choice :)this new block uses the same power as a normal assembler (560kW), shouldnt it use the same as a basic refinery (330kW)?
that way a player could get away just one wind turbine, given the right planet/elevation etc, you could just power one at a time, during this period
