Neutral NPC factions refuse service

I've been playing on a solo world (easy start mars) for a few days now to try out the new economy features. Once I successfully reached space I headed for the ice moon as trade stations are easier to find there. To my dismay, all the station antennae were red and, entering the stations, I found that I couldn't access the vending machine, store block, or contract booth as if I was trying to access a hostile block (ACCESS DENIED). This is very detrimental and I hope this problem can be fixed as I can't do anything with NPCs or contracts if I can't interact with their store or contract blocks.
I would like to provide a copy of the world I am using, but I don't know where to find the file, sorry. Someone let me know how to do that ASAP please.

You find the save folders in %APPDATA%\SpaceEngineers\Saves\<Steam user ID>\.
You can enter the path in explorer's address bar or in the "Run" dialog (Win+R).
%APPDATA% is a variable that Windows will expand automatically.
If only you play on this computer there will be only one Steam ID, otherwise you can click on your user name in Steam and select "Show my profile". The ID will then show in the address bar.

I was able to access the blocks as soon as I kicked myself out of the First Colony.
You will be hated by the faction afterwards, but you will be able to interact with all others.
