Neon Tubes don't work on subgrids

Solved

Neon Tubes don't seem to recieve any power when built on a subgrid. They do not glow or illuminate at all.

Except with connectors (in case they can be considered the start of a subgrid).

-- EDIT --

I removed a large reactor, replaced it with a small reactor... and suddenly all neon tubes started glowing as they should.

Sorry for spamming, but i also noticed that when a world is loaded, the neon-tubes are off.

So neon-tubes are essentially not working on subgrids:

- Upon world loading

- When you place a new neon-tube on a subgrid with the current existing power generating blocks in place.

This is currently only fixable when you resetting the power generating blocks:

-Take away ALL power generating blocks.

-Place at least 1 power generating block (reactor, battery, solar panel, wind turbine)
