Names in severs do not change after changing it on steam.

When in a server in the faction screen our founder's name still shows up as the one he had before he changed it on steam. It starts to get confusing for newcomers when they want to join a faction and the names are different in chat and factions screen. Is this a known issue or not?
Please fix this as it is a very irritating issue.
