My friends cant join my host.
Hi,
My friends have been trying to join my dedicated server for a long time. Dedicated server is hosted from my computer with no mods. It's a basic solar system. Settings are standard with options turned on with friends who can join.
I was using cell service as the internet before but now I'm back to using fiber net. They still can't join. We tried with my firewall disabled. Didn't work. All of us checked the steam side of things in terms of any corruptions ect. Nothing changed.
Looked at the forums and nothing useful. I'm actively uploading SE survival series to Youtube and I really want my friends to join my server. What should I be doing now? Please let me know. And if this is a known issue, when are you planning to solve this? Cuz it's been more than a year since we are dealing with this issue.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Firstly, do you have a second PC that you are able to test this on? Have your friends tried hosting? Do they have the same issue?
You mention that you were using cell service and you still cannot join, does this mean that switching to cell caused the same issue? Does this mean that you're pinpointing the issue down to the PC rather than your internet source?
You mention that you have checked your firewall, can you also please check antivirus as this can also interfere. Are you running EOS or via steam for the servers? Does this make a difference at all? Is this a case where no friends at all can join? Are they able to join other servers without issue? E.g. Keen Offical servers? What actually happens when they try to join? Do they get any error that you can tell us? Have you ever been successful with having friends join you?
As you are in the Discord, it may also be worth speaking in the 'help for community servers' portion if you have not done so already :)
