Multiplayer or Dedicated Server doesn't sync correctly On/Off state for all blocks

Solved

Hi guys,

Observed Behavior:

Only the first player in a game (either the host in MP or the first player to connect to a dedicated server) is able to control the ON/OFF toggle on the unit. If the other player toggle it back on, he'll see that it's on, but it's still off for everyone else.

The behavior is hard to explain so I have made a video with the H2/O2 generator as example (but it's the samething for all blocks (reactor, battery, etc.)).

I repeat that the problem is not only on Dedicated Server (with Torch or not) but also in normal MP. We have tested all the afternoon with different configurations and the bug appeared on every tests.

In summary, bug occurs with:

- Experimental Mode: Off

- No mods (and subscribed to mod/blueprint/script in the workshop)

- Dedicated Server / Dedicated Server with Torch / Normal multiplayer

- New map with default settings & config

Affected Version: 1.188.*** (and maybe on older version, last time I have played was in early 2018)

Reproduction rate: 100 out of 100

Workaround: The only workaround we have found is to use the buttons panel to control the toggle On/Off, that is not very practical.

If I can give you more information, ask me! :)

Looking forward to have this bug fixed! :) Just had a big multiplayer session and this bug is really annoying when you are 2 players who manage the same blocks options/sliders. :(

Really hope for a fix in your next update guys.

Continue your excellent work!
