Multiplayer can't transfer inventory

My wife and I are playing multiplayer with my computer as host. Frequently, she will log in and not be able to take anything out or put anything in cargo containers. Ownership is set to me, with "share with faction" on, and she's a member of the faction.
I have no issues at all as host. She can occasionally get it working by rejoining the game and can play as normal until the bug randomly occurs again.
She has no problems interacting with everything else in the world, even when inventory isn't working.

I have the same issue. Having multiple players on a local game, only the host does not experience the issue. The players seem to face the issue independently one from each other, and we can't figure out a reason why this is happening. Only fix is to leave the game and rejoin.
Also, while troubleshooting we played with block ownership and share settings, and it seems there is an issue that may be related to the OP issue: if I (as the host) set up owneship of a cargo to one of my faction member, even with "share with faction" or share with all, other players are not able to access the cargo anymore.
