Mouse glitching in game menus when controller enabled

Whenever a controller is enabled in the game menu, the mouse movement in menus is glitching in a similar manner to when a hair is caught between the mouse and the mousing surface. Enable it and the bug appears, disable it and things return to normal. For me this only happened in one save, but I have had other people report it occurring in every game they load.
I have the same bug
Same issue, i lost quart hour to open my mouse and find the hair before leave menu and undestand that's not hardware issue.
I've not think to disable controler. Thanks.
