Mouse cursor flickering and unable to press Buttons
Not a Bug
As soon as I reach the main menu my cursor stars to flicker and when i want to press any Button it won't work

This sort of behavior happens when there is simultaneously input from a gamepad AND keyboard and mouse.
Usually when one of those methods of input is mechanically stuck (button stuck, key stuck, etc...).
Try checking your method for input for stuck keys/buttons and if that does not help, go to Options->Controls->Controllers and in the drop-down menu named Joystick or gamepad select the Disabled option.
Bear in mind, that the gamepad will no longer be recognized automatically and you will have to manually enable it again in order to use it instead of keyboard and mouse.
