Mod Selection: ScrollBar Lost

Have enough mods selected that it will fill screen+1 positions.
Move one to the top or bottom with double-arrow.
Scrollbar is now missing, mouse scrolling does not work either.
Can be "fixed" by re-adding any mod ... annoying.

When "move to top" or "move to bottom" are used, the last mod in the active list is not displayed - if the active mod list does not fit into one screen.

Bump ... this is just simple +-1 (or <=>) error that occurs often during coding.
It should be not hard to identify and fix.
