Mod Multiplayer Bug

Bug: When joining a friend's game the game says ''Server not responding''. We tracked down the problem and it seems the bug is caused by joining a game that has mods you haven't downloaded yet. For example, the host game has a Speed Mod and a Skybox, so everyone joining has to previously download/subscribe to both mods. If one only subscribed to the skybox but not the speed mod then the game will not allow you to join. In order to overcome this, the host must remove all mods that have not been downloaded by players or remove all mods altogether. THIS IS MOST ANNOYING
