missing player textures

Duplicate

at 500 hours into the game and not a single issue ;o)

since this latest update (1.194)

i am missing my character texture.. the most i can see of myself and other players is the basic hand tools... welder, grinder, drill, rifle ... the actual player model isnt there.

also in the character customization section.. thru the medbay or front screen

things ive tried

restart PC after update installed

verify local files

delete shader cache

fresh new game with no mods

clean reinstall from steam

=====still no results

i deffinately appreciate your time and efforts into helping with this situation.

my temporary fix is to roll back to version 1.193 in the beta branch

this restored my character and such.. so no update or triton for me until they get things sorted out

But then I can't play multiplayer servers so...

agreed.. its a trade off.. i play on private server with a few friends and family.. brother hosts the server on his local machine.. we simply rolled the server version (and the gamesave) back

the rest of the fellas took a hit on not getting the update, but at least we can play together in the meantime.
