Missing context box for argument when adding Programmable block "Run" to cockpits.

If you add Programmable Block Run to a button panel it will show a context box where you can enter your desired argument for this action.
When doing the same in a Flight Seat you do not get this context box. This means you can't run programmable blocks with custom arguments from a cockpit.
