[minor] Permadeath dialog displays for Survival Kit

Very specific instance here:
Whenever a server has both Permadeath enabled and Auto Respawn disabled, and the player respawns at their respawn pod's survival kit, it will warn the player about losing their ownership due to permadeath. Nothing else happens, and the player can safely respawn without losing ownership of their respawn pod.
