Merge Block and Ship Power

If I disconnect from a merge block, my disconnected-ship's power turns off, only working blocks are reactors/batteries after I disconnect but they are not working properly.
However, if I add a new functional block to the ship, everything turns to normal.
I had this issue in my different worlds and ships and it happens %70 of the time.
I have this issue a lot in my gravitational warhead launcher, it basically shoots warhead torpedos using gravity generators and artificial mass, but right after I disconnect the torpedo from the merge block, artificial mass turns off even it has reactor/battery attached to it.
This is being really annoying, please fix.
I have the same issue with my MAC (Mass Accelerator Cannon). It welds up a round onto a Merge block. The round consists of a Merge block, Battery, Timer block and Artificial Mass blocks. As soon as the round disconnects from the ship the round seemingly powers off, even though the battery has power stored.

I was able to reproduce the issue after watching the video from @Jackattack, thanks! I hope it is the same issue as the one from the top. If anyone else have a blueprint or a world which suffers with the same or similar bug, please share it here.
