Memory Leak (1.191)

Hadn't touched the game in a couple months and now a freshly created, empty, vanilla solar system save is taking 15+ GB of ram by the time I load in. I'm afraid I don't have much more info than that as my PC is crashing before the game does so I'm not getting a crash report. Any direction as to how to get a log of what's happening would be appreciated. All drivers are up-to-date and the only thing that's changed on my end was recently installing the Decorative Pack DLC. Reinstalling via Steam (both the DLC and the game itself) has not resolved the issue.

Just to be sure: Do you have NVIDIA Experience running and optimizing SE? Because there are multiple reports of it setting voxel quality to "Extreme".
