Medical bay memory leak

If a user connects a medical bay directly to an o2 gen the entire girds med bays stops working even removing the o2 gen doesn't stop this. Only removing the o2gen and restarting the server fixes this. While this was happening also the server increased the ram usage by 400% and kept climbing. Connecting through other block doesn't cause this issue.
