Med bay not recharging when powered by batteries

When a med bay is powered only by batteries it will not refill the player's energy when they walk up to it.

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported? I wasn't able to reproduce it. To report a bug into our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.
