Massive sim speed drop

Have a problem since the update with sim speed drop every time i move my ship sim speed drops to 0.30 https://youtu.be/DFlGmq_x0TY this clip is when i rolled back to sparks of future update and this one is after on current version https://youtu.be/updNzCxuAw4 you can see a great difference in performance for same ship from one version to the next any help would be great

Thanks for reply the issue seems to have been fixed in yesterdays hot fix but if still need blueprint will gladly send one
