maps wont load anywhere (both in multi and single). gets stuck on loading screen

my problem is maps wont load anywhere in the game, new, old, singleplayer, multiplayer, nowhere. it gets stuck in the loading screen. when i press alt+f4 when that happens, im getting this error in the pic attached. in addition i have the log file attached.

I'd suggest you to check your game files for corruption.


Verify Integrity of Game Files

  • Restart your computer and launch Steam.
  • From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
  • Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
  • Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
    Sounds like your game is borked.
