[Major BUG] Shadows / Shading / Lighting Flickering + Texture Rendering
As shown in the video when im am at my base and i move to certain parts of the base the [Shadows] start to flicker, to me it look like the game can't decide if i am underground or above! I'm not too sure whats causing the issue but i have tried every game setting combination possible (Higher makes it worse) i have also tried it with no [Shader mods] and with shader mods as demonstrated in in this video and the effect is exactly the same.

Also like to mention in the second Youtube linked video i am having a texture issue at the very start, you can see the thrusters turning into low poly cubes from a short distance away, any suggestions on a fix for that aswell would be great!

the texture/model LODing, im sure it doesnt look like this for me at the moment, but i use all High settings
the global LODing needs some attention, i have a mod that improves it, but it comes with a performance hit as it obviously makes the LOD change at further distances from the camera

I am also still experiencing this bug, I have a video showing the effect. It's very distracting and causes me headaches trying to play the game. Please fix this issue,

This happens all of the time on any planet / moon for me. I am playing the game on "Solar System" with default settings.
My video settings are shown in the video.
Looking carefully at the video shows the most obvious interference happening in shadows. I will look into changing settings and see if I can isolate the issue. People have been complaining about this for years, come on guys.

strange thats only on a surface LOD texture further from the player, like the texture for the other viewing axis of that LOD texture... tho i dont know why it would constantly flicker...
