Main menu sound bug

When "Use contextual music" box is unchecked, every time when you load some local world, or connect to the server, and then go back to the main menu "sound volume" level go to 100%, even if you turn it down to 0% before.
How to reproduce: go to the options -> audio, uncheck box "Use contextual music" and turn down sound volume, then go to the New game -> Custom game and load any world. When game is loaded exit to Main menu and try to press any button, sound level will be 100% again.
It's gonna fix itself only if you go to the Audio options and press OK or Alt+Tab.
