Lost dlc armour skins and player skins
Won't Fix
I have just logged in to find that I can't use ANY player and armour skins even default ones that don't come from DLC
the screenshots don't show in steam but they do in the folder
Apparently I need the items in my inventory WHEN I DO
I have the same bug

are you by chance playing the game while in offline mode?
Meaning without steam client actually running?
Armor skins require you to be online as they check the contents of your steam inventory. The armor skins are actual items in the steam inventory.
