Long then usual loading times when respawning

Since the overhaul the loading times in respawn screen are alot longer then they use to be, also sometimes the game hangs and you dont crash but get a persistant loading wheel when loading in a medical room.
This is happening when trying to load in small grids or large grids and its not because of slow internet or slow PC
