Loads of *powered* stuff going invisible in my base after going to space? VIDEO

Unfinished steel blocks, wheels, connecters, beacons, refineries, assemblers, refineries, collecters, wind turbines, O2/H2 generators, lights, ect became invisible after leaving the atmosphere and returning? I looked through saves from BEFORE I went to space and it has affected those too? This is on a multiplayer save. https://youtu.be/_XP2-c2B8sE
