Lightning issue!

A friend and me are experience and very weird issue since the update,all lights flicker really badly depending in wich direction you watch. Im bad at describing things so i attached a GIF and a link the the Gif. The bug happens Randomly,i try to keep attention when exactly it starts.

Since i cant seem to edit my report anymore,i found out whats causing the flickery lights. The moment we unlock the landing gear,so the ship has to hover,all the lights start flicker.
