lighting pasing trogh the ground a easy start maps dont work

when im in a world sometimes i want to start a easy earth start but once loaded it the base is not there and i drop to my death and also (i have experience this with some mods) the light from the sun would pass trogh the ground at make every thing look weir bc its suppost to be nigt bu holes and the trees loo like they being hit with light at an angle
