LCD text padding not being remembered in blueprints

As stated, LCD text padding is not being remembered in blueprints.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a ship with an LCD.
2. Change text padding to something else (i.e., 0%)
3. Blueprint it.
4. Paste in the blueprint.
