Laser Antennas unable to connect (Single Player)

Clear line of sight, the target is literally directly above the antenna. The antennas never find each other and it just continuously says "Searching for a laser at GPS coordinates". Range is a mere 35 km.

Please provide some screenshots or upload save game to google disc and share link, it's hard to catch up with what can cause it.

Link is between Paradise Base and Paradise Base Drop Station. Note that Paradise Base is successfully linked with a Spy Satellite, but the Drop Station cannot link with it. It was this way even before I built the shield generator on it. The shield generator, with shield set to Never Visible, does not inherently block line of sight, as the Paradise Base to Spy Satellite link continues working just fine with the base shield up.

You have lots of mods installed here. That might be the problem.

Considering none of them have ever caused this problem before and I haven't changed my mod list for this world for several weeks, I don't think so. None of my mods affect line of sight as-configured. Lots of people have been complaining about laser antennas recently. Keen changed something. That much is certain. And whatever they changed broke it for a lot of people.
