Laser Antenna facing the wrong way

so in single play and Multiplayer the laser Antenna was facing the wrong way and wold never connect to the other laser antenna look at the pictures i attached

I have this happen in DS but it only seems to happen when I rejoin the instance after having aligned it to a new antenna. Rejoining the instance several times or a second time or perhaps reconnecting to the same antenna seems to resolve the rotational issue. I experience very little trouble making the connection in these instances. If I have to change the connection, it gets quirky and ball twists off it's axis when I rejoin the instance.
