Lags when I move

Hello, my game runs fine (60 fps, 1.00 sim speed) but quite often when I move my view around, in every world I play, I get this kind of "fps drop" (tho I check I have 60 fps)
This happens when I look around, and when I walk, not when I am standing still.
My Pc specs:
GPU: RTX 2070
CPU: I7-9700K
RAM: 16GB
How can I fix this problem?
